Do you have a question about how to correctly document an event in your diary? Do you want to see a completed bladder diary? Be sure to review the sample completed bladder diary for Jackie, a fictional study participant. Jackie encounters some unique scenarios during her three days. Seeing how she correctly documents may help you when completing your own diary. There are also helpful completion hints throughout. Of course, you can always reach out to your trial coordinator with additional questions.

Bladder diary
Using the bladder diary to keep track of your urination habits after your treatment is a critical part of your follow-up care. It’s the only way your trial doctor will be able to assess your progress after your treatment.
On the days when you are completing the bladder diary, keep it close by so you don’t forget to fill in events as they happen. And be sure to take the diary with you to all appointments with your trial doctor.
It’s easy to get started.
Then start tracking your progress. Your trial coordinator will give you a printed copy of the bladder diary when you officially register for the trial. But you can also download and print a copy at any time.
